Transaction was cancelled on yatra app but still zest money emi created.
They asked me to pay the emi and said that they will return the money in 10days.
After paying 1st month emi out of 3 they instantly created bill of the whole amount and now asking me to pay the full amount or it will affect my cibil score.
So 1st they created emi for a failed transaction. Then they asked customer to pay1st emi and then they asked customer to pay full amount too. So basically my 10k approx amount is to be blocked just so that the company can increase their revenue. All these start-ups are doing such thing so that they can show revenue for next funding. This is literally unethical business.
