While browsing Facebook, one advertisement from Organicshop.shopify.com attracted my attention as dry fruits are being sold at attractive price. Online I added few items to cart and check out with Rs. 2123 after giving my phone number, mail and shipping address with express shipping option of 2 days. As a precaution, I saved few screen shots of ordered items and payments successful screen, but no message in my mobile or mail received from seller regarding the sale & payment. I mailed them, but no reply. Except website address, No detailed address, phone number and exact name of the company are available in their website. The company appears to be fake to only make fraudulent money from online ordinary customers. They say that Ashish Patel and Mehul Patel Organic Shop, Ring Road, Surat is a family business started in 2020 (appears story). Please investigate the online money trail (Paytm Payment Order ID 14849962399) & (Wallet Ref No. 39405584013 dt. 14.03.2022 at 01:38 am) to ascertain the Bank Account where money is credited. Refund to all customers should be made for all such fraudulent credits in their Bank Account.
