Simplilearn, launched its Job Guarantee Program with the claim to provide lucrative job placements for participants upon successful completion of their courses. Many aspiring professionals, including myself, saw this program as a ray of hope to secure a bright future in our chosen fields.
However, our dreams and expectations have been shattered as the reality of the program’s inefficiencies and deceptive practices have surfaced. Instead of finding the promised job opportunities, many participants, after dedicating their time, effort, and financial resources to these courses, have been left jobless, stranded, and feeling deceived.
The grievances against Simplilearn’s Job Guarantee Program are numerous, including:
Misleading claims: Simplilearn made bold promises of job placements without providing transparent information about the actual success rate or criteria for qualifying for the guarantee.
Lack of support: The program fails to offer adequate support and guidance to participants seeking job placements, leaving them to navigate the job market on their own.
Unclear terms and conditions: Many participants were unaware of the stringent conditions hidden in the fine print, making it nearly impossible for them to avail the so-called “job guarantee.”
Financial burden: Several participants have taken loans or made significant financial investments, expecting a return through job placements, only to find themselves in severe financial distress.
