Text of Complaint by Rupak Raj:

Fraud done by zomato is increasing day by day, I ordered 2 full plate Biryani but zomato sent only 2 half plate and when I complaint to zomato, there is no service executive to talk then I mailed them also but there of replying under 72 hours are only for saying. They have replied to after almost 5-6 days that also because I was writing emails daily and after that they came to resolution to give 25% refund coupon for the same restaurant which is now unavailable to deliver at my location. First of all why I’m getting only 25% refund if they have sent only 50% of the ordered items and that also not the refund but refund coupon for the same restaurant which is now unavailable for my address. Even I talked to the restaurant and they were agreeing to refund the 50% of the total amount because they were knowing that the mistake have happened by them but the zomato is doing fraud in between.
