On 25th February 2020, I have ordered a set of 3 shirts for Rs.1099 from thestyleguru.in (through facebook app).But after the delivery of the product on 29th February 2020, it was found that the product shown during purchase is not the same as the product delivered, in fact the product delivered is of very bad quality which isn’t worth even Rs.100.
I was trying to contact customer care service of thestyleguru.in but no contact available on website and even tried to email their customer care help mail address(help@thestyleguru.in) from which i have been received the confirmation email of the purchase but this email id is also not working now.
It is is happened and we are doing nothing then it is open fraud happening in country in the name of digitalization of India. I wish whoever(like courier service etc) involved in such fraud cant be spared.
I am attaching the shirts I have been received and its very shameful for thestyleguru.in to do such things with your customers.
