Complaint No. 717238958 for Customer ID 80905190 has been registered and will get resolved till Sunday, May 12, 2019 06.05 PM but the complaint was closed without any intimation to me even I paid for watching tv channel but not working of network of dth not seeing any channel who’s is responsible if am not watching DTH since morning till now about 9 hours my Network not working due to which not able to see any channel and again 15.05.2019 after the conversation of Customer care executive he suggest me to take Credit for three days to see channels then your amount refund in your account but after three days passing again my channel stopped by Videocon without any intimation lots of complaint registered in this regard but not rectify any complaint till date due. Again 15 may morning the channel was again stop even my balance showing in TV about Rs.163.10 Paisa but stop my services by Videocon dth company. The fraud by Service engineer who not recharged my account even he takes 200 Rs. For the visit at home for make functional my connection.
Again another complaint no. Registered with 717390467 and another complaint registered with no.717395705 another complaint registered with no. 717402168 lots of complaint registered but still not rectify my problem even I I paid for it and I recharged my account with 999 RS on 28 Feb 2019 for 3 month and my Set Tab Box showing balance 165.10 RS fraud done by service engineer one day he visit on my home to check the dth not working I paid 200 RS for his service but he make fool to me he not recharged my account with it’s fraud in a month two times my dth set top box not working due to not service provide by dth Videocon I seen very bad service ever
Email received by DTH Videocon ”wrongly balance deduction from d2h account” issue, your complaint has already been registered with complaint no.”718027216” and it will be resolved on 16-May-2019 10:00 AM.
