I have an account on meesho app since Dec 2019, there is a function in our home so we decided to buy some sarees from meesho..but the sarees that I received by meesho all were defective so I initiated exchange of defective saree with a hope that in exchange meesho will send quality good or non defective sarees but the sarees were again defective so having no option I returned it, but ordered for the new one with the same hope that now meesho will send non defective sarees..but I got only disparity and again got defective ones so I returned the same..I attached images of all defective sarees at the time of placing return request at meesho app..my few Parcels’ were in pipeline but meesho suddenly without any prior warning as well as information blocked my login to meesho app. I called customer care to ask whether to accept or reject pipelined parcel. On advice of customer care executive I accepted parcels as he (Mr. Rahul Kumar) said that if I receive a defective products then customer care executive will initiate returns . As usual products were defective… It is being a week,. I am calling every day to customer care but they are not initiating my return. Now majority of them are saying that my account is blocked so I can’t do anything. One more thing, I asked them that 3 parcels are left in pipeline so if I don’t accept them will they transfer my money to mobile payments app, as I did online payment by use of one of the mobile payments app, they replied in affirmation. I denied to accept 3 orders but till date I got refund of just one..
Really?? Is this the policies of meesho..meesho is directly cheating its users.. I checked it policies too..there policies are too much vague..in there policy it is written that they can block account in case of return and can withheld due. But they didi not mention number of returns in given time period will attract above penalty of blocking account..They made such vague policy just to cheat their users.
My approx 4500/- rs is stole by meesho. I want all my money back.. this is a case of cheating..if meesho thought that I did wrong then it should not accept my new prepaid orders. It should send some warning or prior information before blocking. And it should make it’s clear policies mentioning the number of returns in given time period. But it has created such a policy by which it can cheat it’s users who showed their trust on meesho.
