I am writing to file a complaint regarding fraudulent practices by Levi’s India. I placed an order and was charged ₹75 in advance as confirmation. It has been 6–7 days, yet the order has not been shipped. Despite repeated emails and calls, I have received no response from Levi’s customer care.
This is clear cheating and fraudulent behavior towards customers. I request strict action against Levi’s India for withholding my money and failing to deliver the promised service.
