The website which is known by consumer as per Youtube and Facebook . So i want to case on that social media on their advertisement which is not verified and that company may take some percent of amount to frud with people.

Yes this is a fraud company, i have also been subjected to fraud, their numbers later was verified that company email and phone numbers doesnt exist.
I bought two items worth Rs. 1000 but dont know where to approach and file a case.

I have purchased two items ( portable wardrobe and over sink drying rack) of Rs. 948/-, on 08/10/2025. Till today I haven’t received it and order status showing in the website as the order “is currently processing” . I have tried contacting them through email and phone, but it’s not working.
