I ordered Asus Vivobook 15 x1502-ej545ws 16gb variant for backlit keyboard but the product which i received there isn’t backlit keyboard present. I talked to asus customer care they said there are backlit keyboard in this particular model kindly contact to your delivery partner and ask for replacement with specified specifications.Even i have confirmed with flipkart customer care before buying it that is it providing backlit in 16gb variant as in 8 gb its mentioned no. they replied if it return there then you will get. So on 8th of October i placed the order and got open box delivery on 11 but after starting my laptop i found out there is no backlit keyboard. so i raised a complaint they said it will be replaced and from 11 oct onwards they said it will be resolved . they asked me to submit some photos of the product. i did that also and verified with them. But today that is 13 th of oct i got message that your replacement has been rejected. When i called to customer care they started saying there is no such feature where you saw that .. I told them to check the specifications there is no such mention. hence they have changed the specifications details from yes to no. Then i asked them to check there call history i dont have screenshot as your customer care agent has verified on call that there is yes written and you havn’t received. So senior agent started saying now its has been changed so if gets replaced also you will get the same item so whats the need of doing but i paid 50000 plus interest of 7thousand as emi for 12 month which is generated on flipkart pay later. For this particular laptop for such specifications now i have to pay all such bills. If they have mentioned earlier i have ordered some other laptops which were providing such specifications with same price or even lesser price range.
