I am varun , i ordered hp 15 s with order Id OD327206921973972100 on 1st February in Flipkart.They delivered hp 530 on 5th February, which is damaged product,old product, one key is missing ,not in working condition with no adopter. I put a request request they cancelled for 3 times by saying different reasons.i raised request for 4 th time and expected delivery date is 28 February. But from 22nd February to 28 February I got pickup messages daily but no one comes to me to pick the product.so I went to delhivery logistics in saluru,they said that Flipkart team is not responding to the mails which are send by them illustrating my issue in the mail. So they said that if Flipkart team respond to their mails,then they will pick the product. I requested Flipkart team please respond to the logistics team mails and makes the product pickup happenes .but my return request cancelled for 4th time on 28 February. Then I raised 5th return request they give 10 March as promise pick up date .but delivery person comes for pickup Denied by saying same reason which they said last time. Flipkart won’t resolve my issue from one month. They did fraud to me .it is worth of 35037 rs .i lost my valuable money and time
