This is regarding a fraud happened when I ordered a new Apple iPhone.
The order number is “171-7454326-9669104”. I placed this order on 12th September 2022 and this was delivered on 13th of September 2022.
I received used/refurbished phone. I contacted customer service and they harassed me like anything by disconnecting my call four times. Thereafter, they told me that they had to raise an investigation and I had have to wait for 3 days for the resolution.
I spend Rs.49,999 for this order and now, I had have to wait for three days though I am not at fault and the scratches and dents are clearly visible in the images. I have mentioned a link where you can access all the images and call recordings as the images are larger than the allowed limit of Gmail.
