ORDER # 408-4631423-4603564 (OnePlus Nord Buds 2 True Wireless in Ear Earbuds)
# 408-7493212-6845916(Prestige PKGSS 1.7L 1500W Electric Kettle and YellowInc Case Cover Compatible with OnePlus Nord Buds )
FRAUD DONE BY DELIVERY BOY AND OTHER MEMBERS..
On 15th July, I ordered 3 items
Prestige PKGSS 1.7L 1500W Electric Kettle (Which was supposed to get delivered on 18 July )
OnePlus Nord Buds 2 True Wireless in Ear Earbuds( which was supposed to get delivered on 18 july ) and
YellowInc Case Cover Compatible with OnePlus Nord Buds (Which was supposed to get delivered on 22 July)
Pls note, Delivery Person came on 18th july in a Van and contacted me that he has reached my adresss and told me that both orders is there for delivery.
I told him there were 2 orders then he said both the items is in the same box.
I tried to open the box in front of him but he stopped me and said because of PAY ON DELIVERY 1st you have to give me OTP and paid the amount.
After paying the amount I opened the box but there was one iteam i.e Prestige PKGSS 1.7L 1500W Electric Kettle, one item was not in the box (OnePlus Nord Buds 2 True Wireless in Ear Earbuds)
I again told him that I got communication that both the items will be delivered today and he told there
are 7- 8 vehicles that have left from the warehouse, so your other item might come later in the day.
I told him if OnePlus Nord Buds 2 True Wireless in Ear Earbuds doesn’t come to that person told that I could call the Amazon call center
and complained…
Within a couple of minutes, I got mail that both has been delivered
then I immediately contacted the Amazon call center.
After 8 days amazon call center is telling as per their records it is reflecting as Delivered to you and our investigation team has checked the details till scanning and it is reflecting as delivered to you.
Their executive is least bothered about the mental situation customer faces in these type of fraud activities done by their delivery boys and just keep on repeating the same answer that is reflected on their screen.
The delivery boy of AMAZON has done fraud as he was having knowledge of Loopholes and Now the customer has to suffer.. amazon team needs to check this. MY HARD EARNED money is at stake.
Please do a detailed and stick check with the delivery boy and get the truth come out. Please file a POLICE COMPLAIN against the fraudulent person whether it is there a delivery boy or other staff involved in fraud. for the prof, i have CCTV footage when the delivery boy was giving me one box.
