My order id is 408-7257153-8952337
I returned the product on 9th of August 2022.The courier boy checked himself the product and confirm with the order and take that.After that there was no refund from amazon till 16th aug then i contact amazon customer care they told me that the refund will be processed in two days but after 10 days there was no refund from amazon then i contact customer care on 26th August he says we’ll investigate on your concern that why your refund is delayed. Later after 10 mins i got a mail that i return the incorrect item so that your refund is declined. After that i again contacted customer care if the item was incorrect then why your delivery boy take that back after confirming from order coz they usually check and confirm the product from their data the product is correct or not.Please help me in this.
