I have ordered oneplus bullet z2 headphone & product was delivered in 23rd September 2022. After that I have unbox my delivery box & see there is no such product or no such charging cable. Only received empty box & warranty card.
After that I have done complaint on Amazon customer care number & they told me you will get a resolution by 30th September, our investigation team was working on it.
Today, 30th September I have called on Amazon & Mr Md Shaquib S give me a resolution that we have delivered a right product, so you will not get a refund or not get the product.
So, this is a incident where Amazon are doing fraud to me. Where I have give Rs 1500 & also not received anything. I have also a Amazon Prime member, where I have ordered everything on Amazon.
Amazon & their stakeholders including Seller, Delivery guy & Customer care are doing fraud on me. Especially customer care executive name Mr. Md Shaquib S are misbehaving with me & I also want to escalate this issue on him. I am requesting Amazon to give me my money or give me my product.
This is my hard earned money & bought this headphone on my Durga Puja Bonus.
Please refund my money or give my product.
