Sir,

I Arun Bansal having a/c on amazon with my login id 9034550000 but today suddenly my A/c had been deactivated by amazon.
Issue is that I raised the complaint regarding my A/c in Dec 2020 and took the regular follow up for my complaint but they didn’t resolve the issue. They always ask me that within 5 days your problem would be resolved but after 5 days when I call ,the same wording they used.
The issue is regarding my corporate Amazon Gift Voucher which had been blocked by amazon on 22th/23th Dec 2020 for Rs.19360  ( 10000(1), 9000(1), 360(1) ) and till date my A/c didn’t credited , Instead of resolve the problem they delete my A/c which have balance of Rs.9000+.
And now I am unable to login my A/c.
For my complaint I had a ticket no. also .
Sir, request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
