Respected Sir,
I have an Account in Airtel in the Family Plan with 4 Numbers & a Data Connection out of which one number was lost by me , I asked the Airtel Store to Remove the Prime Number and add one more connection which i did MNP on their request from BSNL to Airtel ,
They didn’t informed me and opened a Second Account in which they put two numbers rest 2 numbers and a dongle in old account,by achieveing their target In the mean time somewhere near October 2 they call me but i was not well so i couldn’t pick up the call and they never informed me about the second one , For Two months i received bill and sms of one account which i paid duly and after 2 months they simply deactivated 2 numbers and dongle service ( outgoing & incoming)
When i contacted the said store in december they said that I have to pay the bill or else they will deactivate my other two numbers , When contacted their manager over the issue he also pressurize me to pay as they are not going to listen to my request.
I request your good self to kindly take necessary actions so that my two Prime Number which are been Deactivated should be Activate and I didnt need to Pay for their mistake .
