Dear Sir / Madam;
I am one of your customer Name Mohammed shoaib.
Having faith in Quicker. I visited to your nearest showroom which was located at Chakala Andheri east.
Where I was attended by one of your executive Name Mr. Rakesh whose mobile number is 7045783777 .
I made a purchase of Yamaha Fascino Scooter having Registration Number MH02EJ3533
on 21/5/2019. And I was assured that I would be receiving the RC book after 90 days.
After waiting for 100 days seeing no feed-back. I visited at your Chakala branch again and inquired with Mr Rakesh update on my RC Book.
He said that its under process and within 15 days I will get the RC Book. 20 days Passed again seeing no response from his end again i visited at showroom
and meet Mr Rakesh where again he asked for more 15 days saying its under process. Again after waiting for more 1 month I visited at your showroom and meet
Mr Rakesh and inquired for my RC Book where I was surprised and shocked to hear from him that “RTO mai Quicker walo ka issue hai”. This really annoyed me
and again he begged for more 15 days. Seeing no response from his end again after 25 days I visited at your showroom and was shocked to see that showroom has disappeared.
Immediately i called Mr Rakesh after continuously calling he answered and said that he is in hospital and will call back after 3-4 days when he will resume.
But he didn’t said that Showroom has Shut-down. I updated him Boss This showroom has disappeared where you will resume he said he will resume in Thane branch.
That was the last conversation which I had seeing no feed-back I tried calling him but his mobile is continuously switch off.
I really feel cheated as Purchased Scooter is just standing outside as a showpiece….
Without RC book I am not able to drive it….
Now all this has created a negative impact of Quicker and your Executive.
So requesting you to kindly look into the matter and get the long pending resolved.
