This is in regards to order ID OD332990778382133100, i ordered 5 trousers from flipkart via the seller as mentioned on 1st dec out of which one got delivered on 5th dec which is ok. For the remaining 4 trousers, i received a parcel on 12th dec with 4 trouser’s details printed on it but when i opened it – instead of 4 trousers, there was a shoe box. Upon return request the courier boy confirmed that he will accept the shoe box and will tick return for only one trouser and for the rest three contact the customer care. I did not gave the box to him.
Upon multiple complaints (see history) the refund is done for 2 trousers and now for the remaining 2 – this seller is rejecting the refund claiming that the courier was done correct. So if the courier was done right, I need to see the proof of it and as you can clearly see from the attached images that the parcel contains a shoe box even then how is the seller is continuously rejecting the refunds ?.
I have raised multiple complaints and it is been a month now. This is fraud.
