I beg to inform you that on 23/10/2018 around 6:30 PM a customer care officer of Mobikwik naming Rahul Sharma called me in this no 9546867549 to do my KYC on my Mobikwik app as earlier i have given a complaint against Mobikwik in consumer forum therefore keeping in mind that i received the above number for verifying my KYC in Mobikwik and for upgrading my KYC wallet and then he told for upgrading he asked my debit card last 6 digits and i gave that 6 digits and OTP to him as a result my total amount of rupees 7872 has been deducted from my account SBI account no- 32371217276 on 23 oct 2018.I request you to kindly see this matter with utmost concern for which act of kindness i shall ever pray to you and refund the same amount.
