Have booked fabhotel vardan villa in udaipur and paid 6500 for 2 days on 17-19 nov 2023 inclusive of breakfast but when we checkd in hotel they told us kitchen is not available hence brkfst wil not be provided till now we have not recvd refund.
Hotel was worst there was no cleanliness there was no hot water available in bathroom walls were dump and tv was not working
There was no facility for Tea coffee also in the morning
Raised complaint with fabhotel no solution or refund recvd
Worst fabhotel they are looting people
