I PRAKASH chandra, paid online Rs 1199 for Multi tv connection on subscription id -1000020730, Account name-Jagdish Prasad, for which i’l get a set top box, two connection lnb,10m cable, remote and free of cost installation by Tata sky technician according to Tata sky customer care. But I did not get those all things but i received a call of their dealer/technician who asked me for payment of 1550Rs with 500 installation charge extra for same. Then I apply to refund my money to Tata sky customer care but they did not refund it yet. And now I purchased all of these things at Rs 1550 with 500 installation charge extra.i faced same problem before 6 month when I upgraded my set top box from normal to HD. Tata sky company is making fraud deals online but in real their charges are more than their representatives tell.
