Hi guys,

My name is suraj jha. On 11th of july 2020 i received a call from cradlesoft company associate mr. Raman kumar and he offered me a data entry job. And in manner to complete my job i have to do 640 forms submission with 90% of accuracy within a week at cost 36 rs. Per form (approx 19,840rs) per week. At that moment i was unknown from these fraud data entry jobs. So i said yes for this job. Then he ask me for my residential proof ID. i submitted my aadhar card. Then he told me about the agreement. I linked my passport size photo nd signature pic with that agreement. In this agreement they wrote i have to pay 4800rs as my registration fees after submission of my first project but in case if i will not  done my job done in there deadline then i hv to pay there registration fees from my pocket. The second condition was tagged by them was that i don’t have to do multiple logins or do mobile browser logins. Otherwise they will charge me 7999 rs. As maintenance cost. I started my work from there dashboard on 12th of july at mid night and after an hours i logged out from my laptop. In morning when i tried to login again then they show me my account has been blocked due to multiple login or mobile login. I called there customer care there customer care phone number were switched off i mailed them but i got my reply after 3 days that i hv to pay 7999rs for there maintenance charges. And today (25/07/2020) i got a call from Advocate Siddhant Agarwal (098254 73764) and they told me the company name cradlesoft going to file a FIR against me for breaching there aggrement under section 72 and 73. They offered me that i can pay there maintenance charge+ registration fees + others cost 39000rs or otherwise they are going to file FIR against me. I told them to mail my FIR from then no one from there team picking my call here are there team members no. Mentioned below:-
