Sir/Madam,
A company named JETWIRE TECHNOLOGIES with an mail-ID (pateldisha9852@gmail.com) contacted me for a data entry job and directly created my ID one day to work from home. I completed the assigned work within their mentioned timeline of 4 days. After that they send me the mail saying out of 380 data submitted 45 is incorrect and they gave me two options either I can apply for correction by paying Rs 19,950/- or Quit the Job by paying the registration amount of Rs 5240/- and ask me to reply within 2mins. Until I decide and reply to them, they started sending me a mail, messages and call stating I have breached the Agreement and sent me a warrant mail from (districtcourt15@gmail.com) as mentioned (“Alert! Mr/Ms. Soumya Rai, A Case Has Been Registered Against You In Rajkot Gujarat District Court. As Per The Agreement, It Was Clearly Mentioned That You Have To Clear The Registration Amount + Noc Fees And You Have Not Followed The Terms & Conditions Written In The Agreement. As Per The Indian Contract Act Under IPC Section 73, 74. A Breaching Of Agreement Case Has Been Registered Against You. Kindly Be Present With Nominee At Rajkot Court On 3rd March 2023”) with an attached PDF from an Advocate. Manish Agarwal with the details as below, also have attached the file
