When i m searching for home base company on quikr then i meet data entry job , i enter in that section and select for data entry from home bases amd after some time i got a call from crop technology ( 9081278629) they said its free of cost i have to complete 1000 forms in 11 days .
And they will deduct company amount of 6000 from my salery and i thought thats a good offer for me .
I accept their offer . They said me to give my id proof i send them on whatsapp (9081278629).
After that they send me an agreement to sins online , i done every step and start working after 2 days of working my id got banned they said that i done multiple logins , but their web site logged out me automatically .
After that i call that person how can i solve this problem but his umber is witched off and after that I messaged him on his whtasapp number but even after seeing my message he did not reply and after that I called on the customer care number that is 7621910568 but no one pic up the call and after calling for 6-7 time they switched off the number.
Then i got a call today (10/03/2019) around 3 from 7623845086 and they said that I have to py the penalty charges which Rs16500 for ID RESTART COST first and after that Rs15500 for WORK CONTINUE COST.
And If i dont do this they’ll take legal action against me and i have to face them in court.
I am also sending the attachment of the agreement.

Dear Aaadil its such a Fraud Company and take money by fraud. i have made the payment to Jigar Qureshi who told us i am advocate.But he is also a fruad man of this company who threatened people to take the legal action.guys be in touch to fight against that fraud company.
So is this Jigar Qureshi a real lawyer or just a fake one ? Has anyone a legal notice

Yes ! I have paid upto 1.34 Lakhs as they threatening me for Legal Court Case or Arrested by Police, See you in Gujurat Court like that..
I don’t have any option because to pay the amount they did not gave any time. Every time by phone they ask for payment and told that Right now you have to pay the said amount otherwise You will face Legal Court Case or OK see you in Gujurat Court. Mr. Jigar Qureshi didnot want to listen anything. If he is a real lawyer, I think he is purely a onesided for only the fraud company.
First they plan and setup then cheated people like me.
Now how I get my money back..Plz help me for this. I have all Notice sent by them called “LEGAL NOTICE”

ME TOO START WORKING FOR IT ON 9 MARCH 2019 COMAPNY NAME – AC-TECH SOLUTIONS THE PERSON WHO CALLED ME SAID THAT HE IS FROM GUJRAT N PROVIDED ME THE WORK OF FILLING 500 FORMS IN 5 DAYS … AS I START WORKING I ONLY FILLED 3 FORMS N CLOSES MY COMPUTER AFTER THAT I AGAIN TRIED TO LOGIN BUT I FAILED DUE TO MULTIPLE LOGIN WHEN I CONTACT COSTUMER CARE THEY ASK ME YO PAY 5000 EITHER FOR MAINTAINENCE CHARGE OR FOR ACTIVATING MY ACCOUNT… N IF ILL NOT PAY I HAVE TO FACE THEM IN GUJRAT COURT WITH MY LAWYER…. SO CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO NOW..
i got caught i the same job scam and they told me to pay them or else they would take legal action towards me i have reported them to the cyber crime police hope they get caught up real soon .
Dont Pay!!!… Contact me for any queries. I also faced the same problem. But i am motivated as hell to get the notice. They cant case on us. Dont PAY ANY MONEY.
what do you suggest ? I browsed these people and apparently this is the same guy who comes up with different company name to lure people , guys just ignore them block the calls.. I agree with David!!!
I have faced the same issue a day before. Same person calling and texting me, Mr.Jigar Quershi. They are sending messages for legal proceedings. They are threatening. I took this project from the company named A.S Info Solutions.

Guys I am also the facing same problem today on 14/03/2019 i got a call from 7202965972 he was trying to threaten me but i scolded him very badly nd he cut the call he has sent me texts regarding legal cases number etc etc but i am not giving a damn to his call or texts or mails.

This is exactly same things happened with me today and today when i said no to them for 35,000INR they said we will see you in the court. I still saying no for everything. They don’t get your signature on every paper and not even they will send you or inform you with mail. They will continue talking on the cell the what’s app.

Same issue but i don’t even get the work before getting any work i have told them to cancel it and they have told me that they have terminated the registration and i have to deny for any workload during the verification call and i have done whatever they said but now after 10days they are texting me their legal notice in whatsap… What should i do??? plz gys, aap log itna mat dariye q ki hmlg v iska shikar huwe gai. bt hmlg ne full confidence se is prblm ko face kiya. jab unlgo ne paiso ka demand kiya to hmlgo ne local police station mai ja k complain kiya. fr cyber crime department mai ja v complaint kiya. unhone hume bataya k ye sab fake hai,jo agreement unlgo ne kiya tha wo v fake hai. so darne ki koi jaroorat nehi hai. bs unka no block kar de,or jb v ph kare atche se pet var k gali suna de. plz plz paisa mat dena unlgo ko. they are fake.

I got work from GVS technologies. And after finishing work they told that work is failed so to pay 8500 RS . Otherwise they will take legal action. Is it fraud?
