No need to be afraid. I got the same thing.What i did was reply to the mail.
First reply was this.:-
Nothing wrong had been done by my side. Show the server log that crashed. I bet you cant even show the log. Forward me the full server log that has been, including the login time and php script of your website. You guys hadnt responded to my mail and emailing me with the extortion threat.
Their reply was with the log and message :-
COMTACT ON THE GIVEN NUMBER THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU THE ALL OVER LOGS OF YOUR WORK MEAN WHILE LOOK INTO YOUR GIVEN LOG IN BELOW ATTATCHMWENT AND MISTAKE MADE BY YOUR SIDE
My Reply was this:-
There was single login and auto logout after every 15 min. All i did was login on the same computer. Its your system that doesnt catch the ongoing server. How can i relogin if i am logged in as per the log. same IP. Same computer. Dont teach me how Apache or Servers work. Its made to Deactivate users. I can prove. Proceed with the legal processing. At least i might get 35000 for my work time used, plus the legal proceedings accordingly with the help of all the clauses you forwarded to me in the previous mail. Thanks for this evidence. If you see the list you can see i logged in from the same Computer then It automatically logged out and i had to login that caused the Deactivation.
Its all a well thought fraud for less knowledge person in servers and Apache. Please dont be threatened . Reply some what same to what i did. ask for the logcat.
