On 15-7-2020I got a Job offer from Rahul Shah of Cradelesoft Enterprise
offering me online form fillup job of filling 640 forms within 7 days and in
return I shall get payment of Rs.19040/-. They sent me one agreement and
I started the job on 15-7-2020. On 19-7-2020 I completed the target. But on
20-07-2020 they sent me a mail stating that my working ID has been
blocked due to my negligence and they demanded Rs.7990/- to unblock the
ID and proceed my payment. I denied to pay the amount as I had not done
any negligent function as stated by themselves. They threaten me to take
legal action. I paid no heed to them. Today I have received one mail from
districtcourt3810066@yahoo.com containing legal notice (suspected to be
false) by one Advocate Wasim Shaikh directing me to appear before Dahod
Gujrat District Court with a challan amount of Rs.37950/-. I assume the
Cradlesoft company is a false company who is looting money from innocent
job aspirant by their tricky action. Legal action should be taken against this
company. I am giving bellow all the details of phone numbers and email ids

I also want to suggest if anyone is already in trap, dont pay them any money. They will claim that they will file FIR. Dont panic seeing false legal notice. AS the company itself is fake, it cant take any legal action. They just want to loot money by the name of legal action. If anyone has started the job, I will suggest stop typing .

I also trapped by a company named as “Collabera IT Services” for same job. They sent me a legal notice with challan amount Rs. 4,56,980/- by their advocate Wasim Shaikh (L No. 9635) contact: +91 9723347067). He also warned me that within 7days arrest warrant will be sent via my local Police Station.
Let me suggest what to do (my contact no 9474973374). Though I’ve not completed their job.

So, it’s my suggestion..please complain on cyber crime.
Same thing happened to me from same company. So, Please contact to lawer.. For advice… And file a complain to Cyber crime.
Already I have filled complain to cyber crime and also write a letter to PM to stop this fraud…
Also share the experience to me. So, we take further step to stop this type of Fraud.

On 05-02-2021 I got a Job offer from Tanuja Patel of Megma Freelancer
offering me online form fillup job of filling 640 forms within 7 days and in
return I shall get payment of Rs.19040/-. They sent me one agreement and
I started the job on 09-02-2021.But on 10-02-2021 they sent me a mail stating that my working ID has been blocked due to multiple login and they demanded Rs.7999/- to unblock the
ID and proceed my work. I denied to pay the amount as I had not done
any multiple login as stated by themselves. They threaten me to take
legal action. I paid no heed to them. Today I have received one mail from
rajkot.advocate.associate@gmail.com containing legal notice (suspected to be
false) by one Advocate Wasim Shaikh directing me to appear before Rajkot District Court with a challan amount of Rs.55950/-.I assume the
Megma freelancer company is a false company who is looting money from innocent
job aspirant by their tricky action. Legal action should be taken against this
