Myself Kalpana Tiwari from delhi. I am reseller of clothes and other items and platforms for sharing catalogues are Facebook , whatsapp and Instagram . On 13 Jan , kavya singh (mob.-7879834331)from pune,message me on my whatsapp ,and introduces herself as dealer and send cloth pics on whatsapp and i thought she is genuine so I  agreed to purchase one product amount rs. 1000- and she gave cloth home a/c (mob. -9409282728) for transferring rs. 1000- online payment through Google pay in advance and i had done transaction on same day.

But after next day i asked for despatch details and she did not shared and after 4-5days I had not received despatch details and not even product and for few days asking regarding despatch details she blocked me on WhatsApp. I called her but for 4-5 days  she switched of her mobile and after 4-5 days i called her ,she replied but when i asked for refund she cut the call and blocked me on call also.

Her reference cloth home a/c is also not responding ,please help to get the refund as soon as possible.
