I have placed an order on 7th of March with paying extra delivery charges from bloomsvilla site but they did not delivered my order and yet it is showing delivered on their site. Nobody is responding from their customer support team. I made a complaint, wrote an e-mail but nobody is there to inform that where is my order and why it is showing delivered. I want my full refund back.
