Dear sir/ Madam,
I joined a company on 6.5.2021 as a data entry worker. A had to fill up 520 froms within 6 days otherwise I had to pay the reg.charge of Rs.5300 from my pocket according to agreement. But after starting work I feel that it ia an impractical target & doubt came in mind. I searched for the company register but didn’t found and doubt increased more. I searched the website where I found that the owner of website is from Assam but the company is in Jaipur Rajasthan. And the website is only one month old but they claim that many employees are satisfied wrking with them.
yesterday I have got an ‘ legal email’ via any Mitaly Thakur’s Id fro an ‘Advocate of Ashok Nagar, Jaipur district and session court namely Adv. Sahil Rajput claiming the Rs.5300 from me if unpaid further legal procedure against me. That Adv. Sahil also called me and when I seek CIN of the company he gave me a wrong number as the company is not registered at all. The voice was recorded. Now please advice what to do. Please take acction against them.

I purchase jbl Bluetooth buds and sony Bluetooth headphone. But I received duplicate realme product. Whatever number company have mention on that delivered packet that is also wrong and fake.
I want my money (₹1699) return back.
Same happen with me some advocate blackmailing me that you have to pay money otherwise you get noticed from. Cort and all…..
