Valorah Resorts and Hospitality (name changed from Karma Hospitality by legal action against them), based at Ahmedabad, Gujrat sold us their 10 years Membership (Member Id-17342 for 3-persons) for Rs. 2.9lakh by showing forged graphics and brochure about their properties/facilities with a promise to provide 6days holiday accommodation at 5star/4star Hotels/Resorts almost everywhere at India and major part of abroad (as per customer choice). Also as joining benefit they will be providing me 3-nights FULLY PAID (flight tickets+accommodation+Dinner+breakfast) Maldives Trip as per written offer document. With this false commitment, their sells team allured us for releasing full payment on 12-Dec-2021 so as to avail this offer! After selling the product neither sells person (Sourav), team leader (Tophan) nor any Customer care /Relationship Manager is replying or acting or providing any Trip for the very first year; we apply (Sept, Aug) they reject saying no vacancy. Lastly we said you give us any day Trip of your choice, but after that we are not getting any Trip even of their choice!!! If we go on asking or follow up regularly, persons at their end even hung-up the phone saying we don’t have answer. What is this? 2.9lakh payment and just NOTHING!!!! This is Loot in Open day light, happened with each and every membership they sold (about 480 or more); their proprietor ‘aniruddh.hm@gmail.com’ not different shows the FRAUD Intention to loot people’s money. Eight months past wasting my money, enormous time to talk to them, write to them, but failed to get a trip from them against 2.9 lakh payment. In general every seller provides something against your payment and then user either gets satisfied or dis-satisfied about the result but here you see we didn’t get anything for our payment and taking their membership and they just not bothered to answer; ignoring and telling do-what-you-do!
