I had ordered for a silk Paithani Saree (Order No DR 13284) costing Rs 1500. They sent a cheap digital printed saree which should not cost even 20o rupees. Inspite of placing a complaint for return via mail and through whatsapp also.. there is no response at all. I dont know even the address of this company as it is not revealed anywhere. They have an active whatsapp account where they confirm your order once placed and send you the details but they dont reply to any of your complaints. Also, somewhere on their site, they mention that amount will not be refunded but added to balance amount which can be used later for another purchase. But to return, someone has to respond and let us know where to send the defective saree.

Rudra silk is a fraud company. we received a product cheap low quality saree but we ordered 1500 rs worth silk saree. What i ordered and got was different. Totally disappointment and frustration. They wont give their address also. They foolish many of the peoples..
