I have ordered a 10inc tab from this website online but, they have provided a broken used device. I wanded to return the product andbwanted a refund but there customer service asked for my atm and mpin of my account. They are trying to fraud me again. Pls help me i want my refund.

On 14-07-2020 I paid ₹3771 through online payment with my debit card of SBI from the company mynotchphone.online the advertisement givenin YouTube for Tipad K10i pro with 6.4″FHD display but it is delivered on 21-07-20 by Logistify through the courier service shadowfax.track and when the parcel is opened a different brand mobile phone was there which was not working. This is a fraud case and I request to take a strong action against them and justify the matter.
