I had ordered combo pack of 2 anarkali churidar suit which I seen on internet.
I have received the delivery parcel from Manish overseas via shadowfax, laketown, kolkata, branch. Order no. SF128775056KR.

On the envelope, it’s written shipped by Ethnic Bazar. Order# 16876MY. at about 1.51pm dt. 20.7.21
But the order they delivered is not what I have booked for. I had ordered for 2 garments combo (kurti set) . Only one product received. And that too some different , old, used, dirty torn kurti. I had paid Rs 750 for that.
I wanted to return the product. But as there is no way to retun to Manish overseas, I immediately called the delivery boy from shadowfax to kindly help me. I requested him to return the product to the person/company who has booked it. It is easy for them to track back who has booked it. And return it to the booking address.
The delivery boy was Mr. Santu Pakhira, phone no. 8777415936. He was non coperative. And not willing to return the money and take the item back. Also even after several requesr, he did not divulge any details regarding the source who booked it to deliver to me via their courier.
Further I tried to contact shadowfax, in their website where there is a help centre button, when I lodged my complain, I was told I will get a call back in 1 hour, but it never happened. I had further mailed them to kindly arrange to collect the consignment received by me and Refund the amount collected from me. But no reply received from them.
I expect you to redress the issue immediately and help me.
