First time i have ordered 3 Kurtis from House of Lehengas and they delivered me the wrong products of very-very cheap quality, but when I asked for the return of the product they told me to courier the product with my expenses. I told them its their mistake that they have delivered the wrong product, even though they didn’t listen. Then, I have to courier the product to them, they said that money can only be refunded to the wallet so i had no option left but buy again. To use the money in the wallet, recently I have ordered again one lehenga from the “House of Lehengas” site. But I received an entirely wrong product of very cheap quality, and different color and cloth material. Again when i asked to return the product they didn’t respond. I called many times to the customer care but no response from them. This is a fraud site, fooling the customers, so I request to kindly take strict action against them. They are wasting our time and money and also they are betraying the trust of online consumers. For your reference I have attached the orders and delivered product image.
