On 10/05/21 I received a message from a lady saying that you are selected and is eligible for our work she gave information about the work that there are so and so captha you have to finish it on 7days with 90% accuracy . At that time I was on middle of my online class so I could reply properly so she started saying that sir are you interested in the work so you want to work or no. It seems like they want me to work for them where I think it was suspicious but at that I wanted a part time jobs just to gain working experience as I was a student. So I corporates with her after class and gave all necessary details like name phone no email and id proof that is my aadhar after this I got an email where we can download the so called Aggrement so I download it and the lady again messaged me that our some senior officer will call you and you just have to say yes and nothing else no questions nothing just yes which was again suspicious then I did so
And on thing the lady always used to call me on whatsApp call . Then I got my id and password I logged in and it shows that there are no work for you and it will start from 6pm.so on 6pm I again logged in but till now my work was not started ans the status was inactive so I message her where I got this job opportunity after 10 min I got reply saying see now it has started
When I opened the website logged in I saw the captha and a box where I have to write the captha and some sessions just that and nothing else .
I was not feeling good about all these. So I googled about the company and I found out many loop holes and complaints filed against this company I even searched the company on Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA services) where I found out that their is no such company so I decided not to work and not to contact as I saw the complaints saying they are harassing and sending sms and fir copy and many more . After Some day on 18/5 I got an sms of an FIR registered against me with FIR no and an email I got from an inspector Ajay with different FIR no
The fir no I got on email and the fir no I got on sms are different so I replied to the sms one about asking where the fir has been registered on which police station so that I can see the proper fir copy. But no reply came till now.
After some day on 21/05 I received a message and call which I didn’t picked up. The message said that he was some legal officer in ahmedabad cyber cell department he said I have to pay the said amount otherwise he will take legal action and file an FIR against my father. I ignored it saying that i know you are fraud. And the amount said to deposit was 1,58,000/- rs. The next day on 22/05 I received an email from some advocateassociate013@gmail.com saying I am liable under indian contract act 1872 and got an pdf with the same old stuff saying you have breached the contract and so and so. So please pay the due amount with interest of 7 days. And the pdf says that the aggrement was on a non judicial 100rs stamp paper which I didn’t received .
I received a paper where the details of the work are written and various other stuff . There was no stamp paper aggrement I got.
This need to be stopped. They are harassing people and taking advantage of the unemployed people and job seekers this scam need to be stopped.
