This is to inform you that I have really harassed by Jio your customer care representative (Mrs Chaitali Khargaonkar) during last 2 months regarding unsolicited commercial call of activating DND Services on my Jio number. Your concern representative didn’t solve the issue despite of several communications through mails and calls.
I would like to request you to please look into the matter as urgent basis and take necessary action in this regards.
