I ordered a JBL bluetooth speaker from getsby.in date 5.11.2019. The transaction was successful and I even got a confirmation page but no mail was sent on my id and now I am not able to login to my account. I tried tracking the order with given order id but the status is now showing unsuccessful. I tried sending an email to the customer care but google is showing an error with the given mail id.
