The website does not have detailed information about the company, the address & the order tracking system. I ordered a Jersey along with shorts on 12th Nov from FootballMonk. The order status was “Processing” for more than a week. I got the delivery from Ecom Express on 24th November. It was a defective piece. Stitches had come out. I sent them a mail along with photos of the product. They promised that they will get it picked up the next day (i.e. 25th November). They did not pick it up so I sent them a reminder mail on 26th November. They told me they couldn’t pick up since the courier service was not available. Now it is more than a week again for just pick up. They are not responding to my emails as well. It seems they will not take it back and I have to bear Rs.949 loss for this defective product. I hope proper actions are taken against such fraudsters in the market. Thank you.
