Product was brought in June with subscription for 1+6 months. the purifier failed to provide good quality water from october to which multiple service complaints were raised and now the product was returned after 1 and half months of struggle. Company promised to provide the refund to which i have telephonic proofs. Now once the product is picked up by them, they fail to respond to the query and no refund has been provided even after 10 days of the request date
