I have purchased Lg Ultra Slim Portable Usb External DVD writer on 14-June-2020. I have got the mail after payment. I was continuously asking about my package no one was replying or receiving the call.
my trail mail was 14 june,15 june, 17 june, 22 june.
After so many calls and emails they received my call on 22 Sep 2020. And I made a cancel request for my order id#20-21-241630 . After that i received a mail your order is canceled and the order status changed to REFUNDED.
but now its 05-oct-2020 i have not received my Refund. i have made payment through my Hdfc Credit Card Rs 1723.98/- no one is receiving calls or replying on mails about the refund money.
