Fraud company asking extra money for course and deleted my course account

Text of Complaint by Rahul chaganla:

Hello My self Rahul chaganla last year i joined a job guarantee course in simplilearn which is cost of 45,000 they say before it is a job guarantee program and money will be refund if they are unable provide job and they assured they will not charge any extra money other than the course fees, also My course videos were not working and i only completed few videos. I have complaint against this to their customer care number but no one is answering, i also asked to extend but no reply rather now they have expired my account and asking me to pay extra 20000 to extend now and to have certificate asking 10000 to pay extra. I also asked for a refund within the stipulated time of their refund policy no one answered my query. This is literally cheating and fraud. I have the whole recording of the consultants saying they don’t charge extra other than fees i paid. And one day they picked the call and I said If i don’t get my money back i will take legal action against these people, rather after the call within a few hours I am seeing my account has expired/deleted which was working fine that day .i am mentally stressed and depressed I want my money back now simplilearn is not even responding to my calls its totally fraud please i request to solve my problem.
