I saw a promotional offer on Instagram which stated a combo pack of 3 wireless earphones from Sony cost 1670 only. I ordered that from the site musicmart.in . I have received only one wired substandard earphone which is not even original.
I wanted to write a complaint to their email id. However, the email id does not exist and the mail got undelivered.
I would claim compensation for the same and also request you to investigate the fraud and ensure they cannot do such fraud any further.
