I took an online job from “Soft data entry” company for writing pages of 270, which i should have to submit in 7 days, and i signed an agreement send by them.
But after 2 days i searched the company name and nowhere it was and i found it as fraud and i didn’t complete the work. And directly without any information from company side i got a legal notice mail, that it will be a court case.
And after some time i got the call from the advocate “Rahul K Sharma” b:C:I:-RJ-0137/2013, that why i have not complete , i told him i have completed the work who are u to say me, than he said he got my file from company that i have not completed the work and there will be case against me. I dropped the call.
But for some thought i again called hom and asked that what is the procedure to close the case, please reply back in tha mail, he said why to be in mail, i can do whatsapp, i said ok: then he whatsapp me : *If you want to close this case file then you have to pay 9980/- today before 04:20PM. ( 7100/- it’s your registration amount and 2880/- rupees it’s your case file closing charges )*, If you are agree for this then i will provide you details of payment.
Then i replied with okay because i thought he will give me time to pay the money, but he was like calling and calling and saying it’s only 20 mins u can give money otherwise we will file case. Then i searched in google and i found many fraud legal notice so i just replied him i need to check it first.
So i want to know, of it really fake or anything that can hamper regarding case. Infact while he messaged me n mail me regarding mail, he mentioned my name wrong even i shared my adhar card. I hope so they don’t misuse it anywhere or hamper it.
