Company called Royals Club International is fraud, have manipulated me and asked to take membership plan. Paid 115000 and not received single service from them for travel. And they are not responding to calls and messages. Its so disappointing as it was my hard earned money.

Guys, this company is a big fraud. They have trapped lots of people and they have taken the things for granted. They keep the people running from Pillar to post without providing any service. Today I just have filed a consumer case against this company. Most of the people fear in filing the case, but guys do take out some time, Keep all the evidence (mail communication etc), narrate your story in a proper way and file a case online. You do not need to go anywhere you can file the case at

It will take some of your time, but that time definitely would be better than the time you spend on following up this company.
Also they always cite the reference of their terms and conditions that their membership fee is non-refundable and hotel booking is subject to availability (which you will never find). As per consumer protection Act 2019, that contract is unfair, the follow unfair trade practices by making false promises and ambiguous agreement. So do not fear of the terms and conditions of the contract. They are not tenable in court. So please take out some time and file a case as soon as possible and do not expect any good service from this company.
Hi Neeraj, the info is very useful, especially for people like us who are stuck with no option.. We need to teach companies lesson , need to bring them to books so that they do not take undue advantage.. We all have created whatsapp group with people who have been given FALSE promise but till date not received service.. Your opinion , help, assistance in such matter will be most welcome..
