I received a call from your executive that while doing refund they are facing technical issues is this joke?????
Are your company facing technical difficulties every section, come on guyz act like a brand, or just leave it.
Leave it tell me about my money when i will get it in my account.
My humble request to you ask your senior to call me i have some suggestions and feedback which i have faced from last one month , i will share with him. I know i am not that big who can make changes in your organization but still.
Is your directors ,chairman , md, know about these issue or should i escalate this also.
Focus on existing customer more, rather focusing on new customers only ,
I am accepting senior member call from your side, after you received this mail otherwise its definitely true all hierarchy are like this, better i will change or stop business with you and i will be brand ambassador among my family, my friends for bad marketing of yours.
