I’m devidas Mane 30 yrs old from Brashi, Dist Solapur State Maharashtra. I have started small colth retail shop recently at Kurduwadi Dist- Solapur. So for my shop, i have ordered 03 silk paithani sarees from Rudra silk, Surat (https://www.rudrasilks.com/)as on 01st Feb 2021 ofRs 4497/- . Vedor sent me only one very bad quality saree through by Xpressbees courier(tracking code-141123211340078 and Order id -DR22272). So for return and refund of same courier, vendor is not responding anymore. I surprised when i search on online consumer forum site, there are so many complaints found against him. He already cheated with so many peoples like us who belive surat is great place for our products. He has not mentioned his correct address on product, so cant return. For filing case against him in consumer forum, we are unable to locate him. I have made his payment by Razorpay gateway and its ID is RudraSilksRudraSilks17476562256004 and merchant ip id is-13.127.127.18. So i request you kindly help me to resolve case for refund of Rs4497/- and take strict action against him to avoid further wrong practices by him.kindly find attachments for further more details.
