Hi,
I was issued a bill on 5th April 2020 for Rs.4412.77 with one-time charge of 2542.37, towards plan exit charges, which was never requested by us. On receipt of activation of this plan, we immediately called up customer care and got the plan reverted back to our original plan within 5 minutes of receipt of SMS alert. This was done without our knowledge or request.
I have made multiple service requests regarding the discrepancy in my bill. I was told that the back-end team will look into it and fix the issue. I haven’t heard back regarding this, and the bill is due in a couple days.
I have been trying to call the customer care for days now, but they don’t pick up, and after some time the call goes silent and nothing happens or if they pick-up we are told working from home due to covid-19 with no server access. I’m guessing they pick up and mute their mics. This is frustrating. Sent CALL ME Back SMSs also but no one called back.
I didnt expected this from Vodafone, to start cheating your customers. I request that you look into this billing issue and fix it as soon as possible. I won’t be paying the ridiculous extra charges that have been piled on.
