I ordered 4 Kurtis from vanikurtis.myshopify.com for Rs. 796 on 14th November, 2023. I haven’t heard from the retailer since and received no message/mail. Recently, found out that it is fraud. I need a chargeback

I ordered 16 Kurtis from vanikurtis.myshopify.com for Rs.1999/- on 16th November, 2023. I haven’t heard from the retailer since and received no message/mail. Recently, found out that it is fraud. I need a chargeback at the earliest.
I ordered only one kurti for Rs. 199/- on 16/11/2023 but not received till date.
