Text of Complaint by Saurabh Agarwal:

On 13th september a tata play technician came to upgrade the set top box from normal to HD. Meanwhile doing that he activated the tata binge app on his mobile number from my account for which I have been debited Rs 60. After that I have been raising complaints but no one has done anything about the same and all the complaints of mine in which the fraud incident has been mentioned keep getting deleted from the back end department. It’s been a nightmare to be the customer of Tata play.
